MOBILETrak Cloud Version 2.9.13b

IMPROVEMENTS

New Activity Code Setting - Via request to the MOBILETrak team, organizations can designate a default Activity Code to be set in MOBILETrak for all users. There is a new program setting related to that: “Display Default Activity Code” which when enabled, will trigger the Activity Code to be automatically displayed within the charge-out and return modules of MOBILETrak for the user.

Affected Transactions:

  • Material Charge-Out

  • Material Return

  • Batch Charge-Out

  • Batch Return

iXp & iVUE - Negative Quantity Warning Adjusted For MOBILETrak users with assigned quantities in specific sublocations (iVUE) or bin locations (iXp) this setting had previously been “looking” at total warehouse quantity. The setting has been adjusted to now look at the sublocation (iVUE) or bin location (iXp) quantity when triggering the warning. This will only affect users who have the “Negative Quantity Warning” setting ON.

Affected Transactions:

  • Work Order

  • Material Charge-Out

  • Batch Charge-Out

  • Item Transfer

  • Transfer Issue

iVUE - Work Order Item Notes - For MOBILETrak’s iVUE users the ability to insert notes for an item has been added to the Work Orders module. Notes fields appear within the Item Details screen for all staked items on the Work Order. Notes up to 40 characters will be sent to the description field along with the item’s transaction description. Users that have the “Barcode User in Description” and/or “Barcode Transaction in Description” settings turned on will see those values prepended in the description before any notes added to the item.

Affected Transactions:

  • Work Order

iVUE - Inventory By Sublocation Implemented - For MOBILETrak users with assigned quantities in specific sublocations, the Inventory Count modules (Physical Inventory and Cycle Count) will now designate item quantities for counting by the specific sublocation.

In Physical Inventory, this means users will need to designate the quantity in a specific sublocation when performing the count on an item that has sublocations.

In a Cycle Count, items that are defined in multiple sublocations will appear more than once within a Cycle Count list. The sublocation is now visible from the list view and users can sort the list by sublocation if desired.

Affected Transactions:

  • Physical Inventory

  • Cycle Count

“Display Default GL Account” Setting Improved - For MOBILETrak users with a default charge-out or return account the defaults can be displayed in Material Charge-Out, Return, and Batch modules if the user or organization has turned ON the “Display Default GL Account” setting. For a time users were not seeing their default accounts until after refreshing the page. This has been resolved and users should now readily see their default accounts if that setting is enabled.

  • Material Charge-Out

  • Material Return

  • Batch Charge-Out
