IMPROVEMENTS

Goodbye to the 4x2 and 3x1 default barcode labels - Users with custom barcode formats in their MOBILETrak instance will no longer see the 2017 cloud default label formats. Users without a custom format will now see these label options listed as “4x2 classic” and “1x3 classic” respectively.

iVUE Only - New Label Format Option for Reels - Reel information including Reel Number, Initial Inner Reel Sequence, and Initial Outer Reel Sequence values can now be printed once a Reel label format is made available.

Transfer Requests Older Than 6 Months Removed - All completed transfer request history older than 6 months will now be automatically removed from MOBILETrak. Submitted transfer transaction history will remain available in the ERP according to ERP retention policies. This change was made to improve the speed of loading of the transfer module.

FIXES

iVUE Only - Barcode User In Description & Barcode Transaction In Description Issue Resolved - These settings when set to ON pass BC: and “Username” or “Transaction Type” are sent as part of the description field along with the transaction. The settings have continued to fully function with transactions processed within the Work Order, Batch Charge-Out and Batch Return modules, as well as when users leave a note in the Material Charge-Out and Material Return modules. This fix resolves an issue of the values not sending when users completed transactions without notes in the Material Charge-Out and Material Return modules, as well as the Transfer modules.
