Homer Electric Makes Waves with MOBILETrak WMS

Plotted in Alaska’s colorful summer landscape, the MOBILETrak install team met with the crew at Homer Electric to train the staff and configure their warehouses for the implementation of new relationships with inventory management. Over the span of two days, Homer Electric familiarized themselves with MOBILETrak and their newly labeled warehouses, ready to begin performing their daily inventory transactions at the point of activity. Our Aisle and Bin Label kit served as the anchor for the new warehouse configuration, specifically designed to perform guided material picks and inventory counts. Homer Electric will take inventory management head on with their new instance of MOBILETrak WMS for UPN.

About Homer Electric

“In 1945, nine forward-thinking citizens of Homer met and began working together to form Alaska’s fifth rural electric cooperative. Their first official Rural Electrification Administration (REA) meeting was December 17, 1945, and the system was energized March 13, 1950, making Homer brighter for 56 cooperative members. Our mission is to safely provide reliable electricity to our members and our community through superior customer service and innovative energy solutions at fair and reasonable prices. ”
