Mount Wheeler Power Implements MOBILETrak for PCS InSight
Mount Wheeler Power, a PCS InSight customer in beautiful Ely Nevada, invited ID Solutions out to install MOBILETrak on-premise warehouse management solution. Our team spent two days training, reviewing real-world scenarios, and printing barcode labels for material inventory labeling within the warehouse. Mount Wheeler warehouse staff is utilizing desktop computers and iPad mini tablets with attachable bluetooth scanners to perform inventory transactions. With the MOBILETrak solution they’re now able to complete transactions in real-time including material charge-outs, returns, receiving, transfers, inventory counts, item inquiries, and requisitions. The real-time nature of the program eliminates the need for many paper processes, saving the staff time and frustration while ensuring inventory quantities are updated in real-time.

Today, Mt. Wheeler Power services more than 4,600 member-owner accounts and maintains more than 200 miles of transmission line. The utility’s territory spans over 1,800 miles of distribution line within a 16,000 square mile territory in four Nevada counties and three Utah counties.
