Electrical District 3 of Pinal County Rolls Out MOBILETrak RFID

ED3 began using MOBILETrak WMS in June of this year with plans to later expand into using RFID technology. During the initial setup phase warehouse personnel, along with our team labeled the barcodes on the shelves using labels with embedded RFID antennas. In September, we revisited the team at ED3 to set up RFID tags on transformers, poles, and other outside assets. We also trained on the MOBILETrak RFID Inventory program which allows for tag assignment and edits, as well as count and variance reporting, helping ED3 keep more on top of their larger inventory assets. We always enjoy visiting our neighbors to the south and look forward to helping set up the water department next.
